hi all,

i am using section access in excel to enable disable access for users in addition to CAL assign.

i have a user assign for 2 documents only and he can access correctly.

but when he open access point url he sees another document (3 in total).

he is not in the section access list and dont have a cal for the 3rd document but still he can see the thumb..

any ideas how to make the 3rd document not to bee seen by this user?

Hi Ilan,

If you want user should not be able to see the thumbnail of 3rd document, his/ her name should not be there in section access of that document.

his name is not in the section access of that document, but still he can see it.

How is the security implemented? is it NTName?

no. his NTName is not in the list.
