Qlik sense import app error -128

Hello

I am having trouble with moving a qlik sense app from one server to another. The app runs and loads correctly.

I get the following error when I try to import it on the new server:

When I look at the log I see the following message:

"Command=Import app;Result=-128;ResultText=Error: Internal error", which I cannot seem to find any information about.

Have any of you encountered a similar problem?

The versions of the sense servers are as following:

Old server: 3.0.0.0

New server: 3.1 SR4

surely I should be able to move an app created on an older version to a newer version right?
