    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm having an issue trying to load data into an app that was working just fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The data load won't complete, and I keep geting this message (translating from portuguese):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"An error occurred&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The connection with Qlik Sense mechanism failed for unspecified reasons. Refresh your browser or contact system admin"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="erro qlik sense.png" class="jive-image image-1" src="/legacyfs/online/149635_erro qlik sense.png" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It happened after I tried to load new data from a .xlsx file. So I deleted it from the script. But even without the part of the script that caused the error, it keeps showing me this error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have experienced this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I have any support from Qlik when upgrading to Cloud Business?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
