One user cannot see app

User 1 and User 2 are both in Active Directory group A. App A is published to stream A, which is visible to group A. But User 1 can see App A and Stream A, and User 2 cannot.

Admins did an audit and it showed that User 2 has read on the app, and read and publish on the stream.

There is section access in the app, but I don't think that can be related to the problem, because:

section access is based entirely on Group A, and works for User 1, and
even if User 2 were locked out of all data by section access, shouldn't he still see the stream and app, the app just won't open?

I would be grateful for any advice on what else to look at.

have you given User2 access for that Stream by editing security rule of that particular Stream ?

Thanks, Shraddha. Access to the stream is granted to an Active Directory group, to which we've confirmed both users belong.

did u try giving individual user access to stream instead of AD group access?
