Qlik Sense - SharePoint Rest connection pulls only 1000 records

Hi all,

We have connected Qlik Sense 3.2 and SharePoint using Qlik Sense Rest connector but for some reason it limits the load to only 1000 records. Is there a way to pull all the data in the SharePoint list? If yes, how?

Any insights on this are appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,

My experience here suggest the following 2 options to look at (assuming you have the appropriate security access):

is there a $Top= in your URL? Consider setting this to the total number of records in your data source to ensure you retrieve all records
Open the SharePoint list in question, go to List Tools, select Modify View, expand Item Limit near the bottom of page and check Display all items. You can also set the number of items shown on a page for that view.

Beyond that, it is a new area for me too. Hope this works for you.
