how to create Qlik sense App like these demos?

Hi, All respectful Experts:

I am a newbie working with Qlik Enterprise suite. I have made a few apps.

have questions on how to create dashboard as show in the demo below:

http://webapps.qlik.com/CIO/index.html#/development/

is there any step by step instructions on how to create these dashboard? I can see it uses mashup. any extra resource I need to have in order to support these dashboard?

Yes those examples are created by a newer version of my angular template which I will post soon.
