You should try an external resolvable name so that you can try accessing it because you are not directly hitting to Qlik sense server if that has an internal IP address. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; color: #3d3d3d;"&gt;It is working fine when you try internal IP address on which Qlik sense is installed and it is making a direct connection to that whereas accessing from outside would eventually go VIA firewall and once it does not find the right address and ports are blocked then it should not open a page for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; color: #3d3d3d;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; color: #3d3d3d;"&gt;BR&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; color: #3d3d3d;"&gt;Ujjawal &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i done a fresh installation of Qliksense V3.0.1 in one of my cloud servers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am able to access QMC and hub using internal ip, but am unable to access the same using my external ip.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;getting error like &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This site can’t be reached&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The webpage at &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="https://" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;https://&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;lt;external ip&amp;gt;:4244/windows_authentication/?targetId=&amp;lt;xxxx id xxxx&amp;gt; might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the internal and external ip properly configured in qmc virtual proxy &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;expecting your esteemed reply on this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help me to resolve this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deepak Subramoniam&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
