Two Table calculation challenges

Problem:

1) I'm trying to show the difference in the Total Amount from 2017 to the Total Amount in 2018 by Category Type in each row.

2) Now, Across Category Key and Category Type, I want to compare if the (Total Amounts plus $200) is greater then Average Amount : if yes, set a Readyflag = 1, otherwise set the flag to 0.

I'm including a sample Qlik Sense Latest release App if you could possible correct it and reply.

What is the numerical output you are looking to get for both your reqs?

Sunny the first should be in $$$$ and the flag is numeric (1 or 0)
