topic Embed Hyperlink In Chart Title in App Development

I was hoping to add a hyperlink into the expression editor for the default chart objects. I have experimented with unsupported extensions before and was disappointed that the "responsive design" was lost (bootstrap like functionality was removed). Essentially my objects that were added by a custom extension only looked good on a desktop in full screen mode and looked poor on tablet, laptop or phone (had scroll bars and only small portions of the chart were visible).

I was hoping I could do something to inject a href or hyperlink with javascript or html. I could possible create a mashup or do a work around where I put in a text object above my chart object and hyperlink the text object. Neither of these solutions is ideal so I am looking for a creative alternative. Linking seems like basic functionality for such a power tool so please let me know if I am overthinking this. Thanks!
