Waterfall with Offset in Qlik Sense

Hello Pals,

We have a requirement to create a waterfall view with offsets. Essentially, the requirement is to start few of the Waterfall Bars from the Base and one way is to use offset values and scatter bar chart.

However, the solution I found so far is not helping to achieve the correct waterfall i.e the bars are not starting sequentially.

Any extensions or other solution approach that can help achieve the same would be really helpful.

I will be happy to provide further inputs on the requirement.
