Qlik Sense data - publish in active stream

I am struggling with an issue in the Qlik Sense hub.

Every time we want something new in Qlik NPrinting, we need to build a new object in qlik sense to forward to Qlik NPrinting, we must take down the Qlik Sense App from the stream, update it, and paste over the old app (to grab the object ID within the single configure).

This take down and repost must be done by the person who created the stream as well. Is there a way that we would not have to do this?

Is there also a way that others can upload their objects in their personal sheets to the stream. Currently, they are marked unapproved / unpublished.

When the stream owner approves them within the Qlik Management Console, they still are not placed within the active stream - I would think this would move them in..?
