Qlik sense app categorization

Hi,

Is there any way to organize apps inside the streams? Say we have several streams already in the hub. And inside stream1, we have 100 Apps which will appear very cluttered to the user. Can we arrange them in folders under stream? Is there any extension or plugin for that?

Do you really need 100 apps to be seen by all users?

Or each user should have an access to 5-10 apps only?

If the latter, you can control the users' access via Security Rules and Custom Properties.

But if you really need all 100 apps to be available at once, I would suggest to split them into separate streams.

App with 100 sheets was a business requirement. I don't know the details of the app, and not sure if it can be split. It was migrated from another BI tool to Qlik sense and I don't think the business wants any alterations to the original app.

I am confused: are you talking about "inside stream1, we have 100 Apps" (in the original post) or "App with 100 sheets" (your latest reply)?

Requires different solutions in each case.

Please clarify.
