Security Admin and Content Admin roles not working together

Hi Techies,

When I am assigning security admin and content admin roles to one user, it is not working and user can't access on QMC anything.

Can anyone please tell me why it is happening ?

Hi,

can you attach screen shots from the user's browsers ? (when accessing the qmc)

can they reach the server ? (CMD => PING => IP SERVER ADDRESS)

Hi Rohit,

Does the user actually have permission to access the server? What are they actually seeing when they attempt to access QMC?

Hi Andrew/Youssef,

I am attching the error snapshot.

I can login to QMC if I assign below roles to user:

1. root admin and deployment admin

2. root admin and security admin

3. root admin and content admin

4. content admin and deployment admin

But when I assign content admin and security admin roles to user, it starts giving me error:
