Qlik Sense Desktop - Cannot read property 'toString' of undefined

Hello community,

Here we have an user that are facing an issue after create an app in Qlik Sense Desktop, when she drags an Excel file to load a data, then the Qlik Sense shows these messages:

1st error message:

Data Manager Error

Invalid upload template

2nd error message: !

An error has occurred

Cannot read property 'toString' of undefined

Does anybody know how can I solve this problem?

Hi,

could you please share the screen shots how you are dragging the excel?

is it .CSV or Xls, or Xlm ?

Hi,

I just dragging the excel file in this form:

In this case it is .Xls

Even with other extensions of files, the same error are shown.

hi Willian, have you got an answer from this yet?

i encounter the same error message (Cannot read property 'toString' of undefined) from my client

they are loading excel of around 60000 to 70000 rows, but the error does not always pop up

sometimes the data is loaded perfectly (just within few seconds), sometimes it loads for a long time and seems not going to end, and sometimes that error occurs

Hi Jerry, I still did not receive an answer.

It is the same issue that we are facing here, the difference is only that most of time error occurs, sometimes load perfectly or loads for a long time without conclude.
