It is not. The app still won't open in desktop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is not a resource problem. The apps are small enough and have worked on the same desktop machine up until the upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any clues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
