KPI font different when published in Hub

Hi All,

A user has created an app with a number of KPIs which look normal in QlikSense Desktop and on localhost, but when I publish it on our QlikSense server onto the hub they look very small. Does anyone know why this occurs? We are running Qlik Sense 3.0 SR2 and QlikSense Desktop 11.11.1.

I've attached screenshots of the differences. Any help would be great! Cheers.

Are you using different systems while accessing Hub & Desktop?

Hi Shraddha,

Same systems and same browsers for the server version and local version.

I think its because of different qliksense versions.

Desktop version is higher than that of server.

Possibly, thank you. We are upgrading next week so perhaps this will fix things. I am using SimpleKPI in the meantime and that is working okay.

Your issue got resolved, as i am seeing the same difference in my app ?

Does November release fixed this problem ?
