Hello

I was applying to the sample test for Qlik Sense certification and got this question (check image below)

How can one populate the master library using the data model viewer?

Ali, I like your question and I'll be investigating it tomorrow, but I don't think you should share certification questions, I mean you can share a question but I don't think it's advisable to say that it is a certification question as it defeats the purpose...

I think there was a post about it last week or the week before

But I'll check it out tomorrow anyway

I mean the visualizations, how can they be added from the Data Model Viewer?

It is mentioned: sample test for Qlik Sense certification

on www.qlik.com you take 1 free test for qlikview certif exam and 1 free test for qliksense certif exam.

PS: the questions are always the same.

So, I think he's aware and that's just because it's test questions

Maybe it is on the latest versions, because questions are always updated.

When a field is selected in the Data Model Viewer, two buttons will be shown in the Preview panel.

- Add as Dimension

- Add as Measure

I think I got hung up on the visualisation part of the question, because that's not possible from the Data Model Viewer right?

Luis, as far as I know there is no way to add a viz from the model viewer. As barryharmsen‌ has noted, Qlik Cert questions sometime contain extraneous information: Barry on Twitter: "#Qlik cert questions always include lots of unnecessary information: "The Sense Admin had a bad child…
