Telegram connection to Qlik Sense

Hi! I'm trying to connect Telegram with QlikSense but this errors appears:

<Error opening the Qlik Sense app : Qlik.Sense.JsonRpc.CommunicationErrorException: Connection failed after 4 attempts. Error message:

Can you please tell me what I did wrong?

And also added the Computers IP in the Host White List.
