How to connect Huge Excel Data

Hello Friends,

I am currently testing qlik sense app and importing excel data daily base on my job.

The problem is , excel cant handle so much data entry and i cant connect to qlik app too.

So , is there have any way to use qlik sense with huge data entry which can easily convert from excel?

Please, help me.

Hi,

QVD files will get loaded faster compared to other data source files. First try to convert your excel file into QVD format and then load the QVD using Qlik Sense.

Understanding of your question,

1) all your data is in excel, no data loss; but can't connect to Qliksense.

- If this is the case, try to import sample data(~1000 records) and do the data model.

-Later store the full data in QVD files. Refresh the data model.

2) not able to store all your data into excel spread sheet

-if this is the case, split the excel file into multiple files and then load all the files into QVD.
