Change of standard visualization. In particular type of scrolling.

Everything, hi!
Such question. Whether it is possible in standard or on the basis of standard visualization to change a type of scrolling. For example to change scrolling in "Table" to make, as in Bar Chart.
Or only for example on the basis of any extension it is possible to change scrolling. But I wanted to see the code as scrolling in standard visualization of Bar Chart is implemented and to transfer it to the extension.

In an extension anything you can program in javascript is possible.
