How to give authority that cannot become to view Data Load Editor in Qlik Sense Hub

Hello everyone.

I use Qlik Sense Server 12.44.3.

I want to duplicate the published application "test0118" from stream to "work" folder with following security rule in Qlik Sense Hub .
>> "It is allowed to edit charts and tables,but not to view Data Load Editor"

If the above does not seem to be impossible, it may be something like the one below.
>> "It is allowed to edit charts and tables,but not to Reload"

Please let me know if you have anything to know about the security rules that can give the above authorities.
