Bookmarks problem

Hi Gurus,

I have a weird problem that users have reported to me.

They have a bookmark that they use daily. But now they have noticed that when they use the bookmark it returns different values compared to values they get when they just manually enter the same filters to the filter pane in the app sheet.

Any thoughts what could be the reason?

What information the bookmark holds?
I thought that bookmark only stores filter selections.

Hi Toni,

The first thing I would check is if there are any hidden fields in the data model. Selections in these fields don't show up in the selection bar. Could be that the bookmark was created with a selection in a field that was either hidden at the time or hidden afterwards.

What happens if they bookmark the selection they have done manually? Does it show the same as the old bookmark or does it show the same as the selection?
