Show all possible field combinations on Pivot

Problem: The problem I'm running into is that the pivot table hides field combinations that return no value, when you filter those dimensions. I want every month to be shown regardless if there is an associated value with that month.

For example: I've created a Master Calendar so I know every possible month-year value exists. But when i filter for Year and VaccName you can see that a value isn't returned for every month (see table2) , but more importantly most of the months aren't being shown. I would like every month (within the year selection), to be shown.

Show all values in Pivot/Straight Table (irrespective of current selection)

Hi Ishtdeep, I already tried that but the problem is that I still want to be able to limit the data shown on the pivot table. I would like all the months to be shown but to also limit data by VaccName and Year selection.

The relevant is back-up order timing and i'm trying to fix the bottom 2 pivot tables. I tried your recommended solution in the top pivot, but i dont think its working? Thanks!

How would I go about doing that using the link you showed as well as set analysis? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
