Pivot table that needs to look like a straight table (Kind of Tricky maybe an extension?)

Hey Everyone,

Here is my problem, I feel like banging my head on this =/ I am told to make a hybrid of Pivot/Straight table. When I try to use a pivot table it does not look like a straight table. I also need my Dimensions to be left/Right of the column information. I cannot use a straight table as my column information is always adding so crosstable won't work =/ .

Data:

1. I have a few Dimensions that need to be right/ left of the columns information.

2. I have a date that needs to be treated as a Column the date will always be adding new dates as we pull info. (No Hard Coding)

3. I have a measure that need to be put into the column information.

I have attached the following to show you what I am seeing.

1. Straight.pivot Excel File - This is how file should look like.

2. Capture- Points out how format looks incorrect in pivot table.
