Data Manager bug???

Hi,

My data manager option suddenly disappeared. I checked my other apps, and I still see the Data Manager option.

How do I go back to Data manager from my app? What could have caused this issue? I am unable to add new data on my app now.

Not sure why this happens. The data manager now is back....

I have the same problem but mine was Data Load Editor. This problem has happened twice and each time it will reappear after 30 mins. I am using June 2018 patch 1 release. What about yours? I still have not found the cause and not sure when this will happen again.

My issue is, remote access was enabled. 2 admins were logged in at the same time and it didn't kick anyone out. both admin were working on the same app and this caused the data manager and data load editor to disappear. Not sure if this is how the Qlik Sense were developed to prevent multiple admin logged in.

I think this is highly the case cause both my users are using the same admin account and accessing the same app just different sheet. But the option doesn't reappear even when one user close the browser. I think Qlik Sense is locking it until certain time before releasing it again. If it happens again, will try to logout instead to see if it reappear.

It happened again today. The data load editor came back after logout and login again

Same issue here. Looks like if you log out and then back in the Data Manager and Data Load Editors both reappear. This is in the November 2018 release.
