Define limits on gauge chart

Hi community,

I'm trying to implement a gauge chart but am having trouble with the limits to define the colors.

Imagine I have a measure of 23%.
This value should lay on these intervals:

Not achieved: < 27%
Achieved: between 27% and 29%
Outstanding: > 29%

How can i define these limits? And consequently assign a color to each one (if not achieved, then red color,...)
I'm not sure how these limits are parameterized.

I'm using QS Desktop February 2019.

Not 100% clear on your needs.

As i understand it you want different colors for your condition

if so go to Appearence-->presentation

and add values you want as limits like below and assign the colors
