Change a App's default theme

When I created apps, app's default theme was "Sense Classic".

So I want to change the default theme as Custom theme.

What should I do??

From the App Overview, select the COG symbol below the pencil on the right of the window.
Under Appearance on the left, you can select the App Theme from a drop down list.

Can I automatically set the theme I want without changing these settings?

It is only you, the developer, who will need to adjust this setting. If you publish an app with a custom theme then the all users will get this custom theme setting.
