    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are managing QlikSense enterprise platform and one of the users could able to access hub and got error as in the&amp;nbsp; attached error 1 image .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reading few threads in Community , I did following things&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.Confirmed the host is white listed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Removed user from QMC and asked the user to login again .No luck though the user got added in QMC automatically.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After step 2&amp;nbsp; troubleshooting the&amp;nbsp; user is getting error in the error 2 image attached&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you please help me to resolve it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in Advance!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Siva&lt;/P&gt;</description>
