Picture (jpg) in app option not saving

Hey experts,

I have uploaded a picture in one of the content libraries and am using it in several apps. However, in one app it is not saving the image when I try to select it in the app options. It works fine when I try to use it as a thumbnail but not when I try to add it in the 'top default beam'. I have tried duplicating the app but that doesn't work either. Any suggestions?

Hey!

Thanks for your reply. I did save it using the green check indeed. It works fine in other applications except for this one. The only difference I see is the amount of sheets/objects in the app. However, the size is smaller than some of the other apps I am using.
