Single configurator iframe how to avoid iframe ignore iframe when there is no data in the iframe

for example :

For my ID there is some data then we display in Website as iframe data .. ==> website need to display this IFRAME

If my colleuge has no data in all bar charts its having "The Selections generated no data for this chart" ==>

website need to ignore this iframe if there is no data

is there anyway we can do in website to avoid ..so users no need to see if there is no data in the bar charts..
