Qlik Sense Pivot Table - Removing rows or measures during analysis.

Is it possible to remove from the pivot table a dimension (row) or measure during analysis? I can only remove rows or measures in edit mode and then applying the changes, but we don't allow users to edit current apps.

Not natively. Some third-party extensions exist that can do this.

We use Vizlib, which adds an "Alternatives" option for their version of the pivot table similar to the one that exists in most Qlik charts. I'd expect there are other extensions out there that do similar things, but I wouldn't know which ones.

I like it very much, but unfortunately it is too much expensive.

I think you can submit enhancement requests through whichever Qlik partner you purchased the product from, but I'm not entirely sure. In any case, I agree that this would be a nice option out of the box - currently the only way to achieve this natively is for a user to have a Professional license, duplicate the original sheet, and then change the duplicate table to match whatever they're trying to do.
