Marking last week of a month.

Hi Experts

So I have a Pivot table that shows some data broken down by their dimensions and weeks
Want to know if I can have the last week of each month high lighted like such?

First you will need to define what is the last week in a month? A week can begin in one month and end in another? Is it the first week in that month or the last in the previous?

I've attached the sample data set. The reason I'm doing this is because I want to be able to identify if there is a trend for rise in certain number of problems generated on a weekly basis and is this trend consistent to last week of the month based on date to test a hypothesis.
