Show available for selection within selection

The challenge here is to make selections in first study group, and when it comes to second study group, only show selections which are available based on the selections in the first group.

I've achieved to show the available selections by using this example

=aggr(only({<SURVEY_ID= P(SURVEY_ID)>}SURVEY_ID),SURVEY_ID)

But it shows the available fields as green (selected) - and that is understandable as they are in the same table. However, the requirement is to show these fields as white (available for selection).

Any suggestions how to achieve that - alternate states, pick/match, getfieldselections, etc?
