People Chart Multi Colored by Expression (Qlik Sense)

I need to create a people chart and then color the icons according to time lapsed within a certain state. I.e. I have a simple KPI displaying 17 people of the 17 people 7 should be red as they have exceeded one hour, six should be yellow as they are between 15 to 60 minutes and the rest green as below 15 minutes.

Simple in a table, but I need to display this in a people chart within qlik sense I just cant get the icons to change colors has anyone done this before or know of another extension where this can be achieved if not possible within the simple kpi.

Would really appreciate some assistance please let me know if you require any more information.
