High level to low level restriction in section access qlik sense

Hi,

Having requirement from Country->Region->State->City.

and i have separate dimension also(Country, Region ,State ,City)

Here country Group of users can see only their region wise, state wise as well as city.

i.e, China users can see only their region wise, state wise as well as city data. China users should not see Other country data

And Region can see only their region, State & city data.

i.e, in China, north region should see only not region State and city, south should see only southern part of china.

Is it possible to achieve in qlik sense, if so kindly help with section access script.
