Scatter plot chart display data across the scoring How?

Hi All,

i want display scatter plot in my app

x-axis as like 0<--->1-4<---->5-9 <---->10-27 i have scores

here i need show how many are 0 to1- 4 and how many are 5-9 and how many are 10-27 distributed and how many are in low score in green color, Median score in amber color, High score are in red color

Here i have field are ProjectID, Type(Risk/Issues), Score fields are there then how to represent the above Query Please suggest me with the idea so that i can create scatter plot chart
