Tooltip in QlikSense Combo Chart

Hello Friends,

Do we have tooltip in QlikSense Combo Chart?

I have replaced the Vizlib combo chart to native QlikSense combo but now I am not seeing any options for hower over , could you kindly let me know your feedback?

There is option I'm aware in the QS Combo Chart to customize the tooltip. It just shows the Dimensions and Measures on hover.

I don't think there is an option to turn on/off. However, if you are in touch mode you won't see hovers. Do you get hover tooltips in other charts?

My questions are:

1. Do you see hover tooltips in other charts, for example bar charts?

2. What is your current setting for "Touch screen mode" (Navigation menu to check, see picture)

Turn Off Touch Screen Mode, then you should see the tooltips on hover.

Thanks for the solution!

I have a dashboard in which Tree map does not show tooltips, but the rest of the charts display tooltips without any issues. I tried custom tooltip, and it did not work. After some searching found this post and applied the setting to turn off touch screen mode. It worked!

However, for other charts like scatter plot this setting is not needed. Also, when the setting is turned off, the maximize and menu icons appear on the right-hand corner up on hovering the chart. Is there a setting that displays tooltips for Tree map without setting off touch screen mode. We are on Feb 2023 patch 6
