Filters moving themselves when published in Qlik Sense

We have the odd issue of our filters sometimes moving themselves in our filter panes when we publish an app to our QA stream. The filter pane is a Master Item that we use repeatedly across sheets and apps, yet the filters move sometimes on all sheets and sometimes only on one sheet. We haven't figured out why this is happening or how to fix it other than deleting the field and re-adding it.

Has anyone experienced this and/or found a fix for it?

try to duplicate the app and host into other stream and try?

We use a template app that we've created so every time we create a new one, we duplicate from the template. We have deleted and re-added the filter from the pane, deleted the entire master item and recreated it and we still have this issue. It doesn't happen every time and it doesn't happen in every instance, for example, one app may be fine and another will have only one sheet out of the 5 it is used on that moves. There's no pattern to it. I don't think that it's related to that stream specifically because it's happened in other streams as well.
