    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi - I am trying to find the average call duration "CalldurationSeconds" excluding outliers.&amp;nbsp; Similar to the trimmed mean function in excel.&amp;nbsp; I believe that using set analysis would be the best bet but open to other suggestions.&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is the current expression for the simple average:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Avg(CallDurationSeconds) &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
