Not able to use Max Week script with Max year filter simulataneously

I have created a dashboard which shows max_week data by default but when I select max year in year filter it shows the same data of max week instead of max year . Even when I select max date range upto max year in calendar it is not working. I have used this script to show max week data.

sum({$<week1 = {$(=Max(week1))}> } count_IEC_NEW_IECs_REGISTERED)

Help me so I can use max year and max week simultaneously working .

try nullifying the filter in set expressions

Can I use it on dimension? Because I am using year as a dimension in filter. If Yes, then how?
