    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had Qlik Sense Desktop installed for several months (September 2019 version - sorry, I don't know the actual version number).&amp;nbsp; It initially worked fine, but I just tried opening it up again after a month or so, and it starts to open (I get the Qlik Sense Desktop splash screen for a second or two), but then the window closes back down and that's it.&amp;nbsp; I've looked at the Windows Task Manager and confirmed that Desktop isn't running.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I downloaded the latest (November 2019) version and did an upgrade, hoping that would work - but no luck.&amp;nbsp; So I totally uninstalled Qlik Desktop and reinstalled the Nov 2019 version from scratch.&amp;nbsp; I still get the same thing: starts to open but then closes almost immediately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've also rebooted my laptop multiple times.&amp;nbsp; Nothing has worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have ideas on what might be going on?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steve&lt;/P&gt;</description>
