Load Script: Opposite of Unpivot / CrossTable?

Is there a way in the script editor to Pivot the data, basically creating several columns from the rows? This would be the opposite of a CrossTable. I think I can do it with a long series of joins, but it seems like there should be a function for this.

Yes you pivot a table in Qlik Sense using Generic Load.
