Is it possible to use Comment Fields in Qlik Sense similar to Qlik View?

Comment Fields do not show up in the Data Model and Qlik Sense does not have a macro editor.

When running Qlik Sense November 2019 with Patch 4 it seems to work for me on a field. I have noticed with earlier versions that it didn't show the comment in the Data Model - but now it does. The earlier version I used was Qlik Sense June 2019.

However having any comment to display in the UI is still lacking as far as I can see...
