tcmenu extension doesn't work

Hello,

I had a problem with the tcmenu extension in Qlik Sense Desktop. I download it here: https://github.com/HighCoordination/trueChart-Menubar4Sense

I extract the zip in my extension local folder. And I download the Qlik Sense Dekstop version of Febbruary 2019 because on the githhub explanation says it works until that version.

The error that I have is in the screenshot.

Someone has any idea of why doesn't work?
