Filter one field's content based on another field's content

Dear Qlik Community,

I am relatively new to QlikSense and i have a question regarding Set Analysis. I completed the QlikSense Data Modeling Course a few weeks ago and encountered a Problem which sadly couldn't be solved at that time. The Problem is as followed:

I have a data table that contains data regarding directors and their respective movies. The table also shows the decade in which the movie was shot. The table looks like this : (Mind you, this is only a small fraction of the original table.)

Now i would like to filter the directors by the decade in which they were active and shot a movie. I would like to know whether there has been a director who directed movies in the 1940's as well as the 1970's. I only want to display the directors that match both criteria and filter out the rest. I would like to solve this problem by using Set Analysis and show the results in a table.

I already tried a few this which lead nowhere so i would really appreciate your help.
