Showing Records based on two dates

Hello

Below is my sample data

I want to show contact nos based on max lead date which i can achieve easily but there are some contacts as the one in the image which has only one date ,in such scenario i want to show the contact nos based on max enquiry date. So for the contact no in the image the record with enquiry date 2-Dec-19 should be reflected in my table. Please help.
