Qlik Sense Desktop can not be launced by another user

Hello,

I am trying to launch Qlik sense desktop using another account via command runas.

But it failed and got a lot of error. From the windowns event log:

CProcessManager::StartProcess: CreateProcess API failure (5); 拒绝访问。 Node\node.exe

Terminating main process since Facility = Sense Browser is configured to do so
