It is possible to perform a kpi that refreshes when we zoom in or zoom out on a map?.

if you use Qlik geo analytics map object and not the built in map object in Qlik sense

you can than when loading the data using the Spatial Index in the qlik geo analytics connector

you prepare the data so you can apply the select visibale in the map

so what it does is always selecting the points that are in the map you see when you are zooming ,
and this will mean your KPI will also be updated alone the way
