Enable and Disable URL's

Hey everyone.

I have a situation where I have a column that has an "Order ID" which is linked to a hyperlink to an external website.

Order id which has a hyperlink is linked using another field named " Voucher ID"

e.g. 'https://asdasd....'& [Voucher ID] this is the URL underlying the column "Order ID".

Now if there is no "Voucher ID" present then the URL for Order ID should be disabled or the Hyperlink gets converted to text.

Qlik doesn't have any feature as such to do that in the front end(visualization panel), is there any conditioning statement that can be used?
