2 Weekly data on Pivot based on selection and by default Date

I would like to summaries my data in a pivot table with the aim of showing all the order which have happened in a 2 weekly cycle by date. This i would like to reflect as

if they is no order at all on that day I would like that to date and day to appear on my pivot chart.
I would like only a maximum of 14 day to appear on the pivot chat varying on either
1. when app is opened its default to show all last week orders and this week to date
2. If I select any date then the pivot table shows me the orders date week selected and previous week based on the actual calendar weeks
3. In other instant I would like it to show last 14 days of orders based on selected week
